Description
  • Updating the channel partners, TSM/TSEs on daily basis on documentation process as per DoT and also train them collect quality documents from the field.
  • Resolving courier issues from distributor to BKN Hubs as well as rejected documents from HUB’s to distributors.
  • Giving the documentation awareness to all channel partners for TERM AUDIT scores.
  • Monitoring PCO physical verification / telecalling data received from the circle randomly re-auditing Physical verification done by Vendor.
  • Auditing the BKN rejected documents in monthly HUB visits and also updating BKN agents on new process and guidelines in validating the CAF’s.
  • Conducting training to entire sales team (new joinees & existing employees) and distributors on documentation process at least once in a quarter and update them on changes and new updates if any.
  • Conducting training to all IP and ISP agents on CRYSTAL and on other processes.
  • Conducting training to all BKN HUB agents every quarter on changes and updates in Documentation.
  • Sharing feed-back in monthly reviews with supervisors and peers in monthly reviews.
  • To adhere to SLA’s and for improving the quality flow of Docs for zero escalation and smooth functioning of Logistics of vendors
  • To perform one Service Camp per quarter.
  • To provide training on Bills/payment and new process to Hands on new applications.
